Bridget is Excellent. We decided to sell our home in the midst of a slowing market for short term rental properties. Bridget came to the house and gave us her honest opinion about the condition of the house (beautiful) and its marketability. She let us set our price and gave us her honest opinion that it was a good price. From that point on she kept us advised about the market in our area and the market in general. She suggested ideas for increasing buyer interest, gave her thoughts on when to change the listing price, and when to have open houses. She left it to us to decide when to change the listing price. She was never pushy and was always in communication with us. We always felt that we were her only clients and we were the most important thing to her. She was always encouraging and told us often that there IS someone looking for exactly our house. We just needed to be patient until they find it. That person found us and we got our asking price.

This is our third home purchase with Bridgette as our realtor. As with all our other purchases everything went smooth. Little do we know about what’s happening behind the scenes tho, as Bridgette is doing all the heavy lifting. For this investment property we told Bridgette our best scenario price we wanted to pay and she actually got it under for us. I know she did some hard negotiating for us! I can’t praise Bridgette enough for all she does above and beyond. You want her on your side for house buying or selling!

Bridgette is beyond amazing! She goes above and beyond to make the home buying process seamless and enjoyable. We had Bridgette make an offer on an investment property on a home near Disney. The owners of the home lived out of the country so there was a bit of a language difference. Bridgette worked through the differences to get us the home for less than the price we wanted to pay. The evening before settlement we discovered items that the owner agreed to correct before we took ownership that they did not fix. Bridgette was right on the phone with the realtor and the owner to have the issues corrected. She told us don’t worry I will take care of this. The owner’s handyman and electrician worked through the night to fix the problems after some pressure from Bridgett. At 8 am the day of settlement we met Bridgette to check the property, and all was fine. Bridgette was our agent when we sold our house on Emerald Island, Kissimmee. We are from the UK and she clearly explained what was involved in our property sale as we had no experience of this in the US! She prepared our house for the viewings in our absence, making it look beautiful, the result being we had offers within a few days and closing within a month.
